To whom it may concern...

Okay so none of y'all wanted to buy Mamba her LV pumps...so i'll make a proposition for ya.
I've been dying for something hooded I could incorporate into a Disco outfit ever since the Grace Jones Collection I did for Graphic Processing class back in '08.
So again, donations will be accepted. You can purchase this for Mamba at American Apparel :)

Festival Mode et Design

YO
so the annual Festival of Fashion & Design kicked off yesterday in Montreal. We have been the nation's fashion capital for four years in a row now and if you attend the festival you can definitely see why. The festival runs Wednesday through Saturday, and you can everything from live performances (like K-os last night), to shows where a designer will make a whole collection right in front of you. The festival showcases many designers such as Marciano, Foxy, Paracuso, but also shows a lot of the local talented designers and includes design schools like LaSalle College. The festival promises a lot of exciting exhibitions everyday from 12 noon until 10:00pm and MANY after parties, it is definitely the place to be this week in Montreal.

It's le 505 bitchesss

Oh hayyy...
Welcome to the 505 blog. It consists of all things Slammin'... from the wild streets of Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto and everywhere in between and beyond. We give you an in depth look at our current obsessions/inspirations, what's poppin' on the party scene, what music is bumpin' when the heels hit the table and most importantly what's hot when it comes to fashion.
This Blog is brought to you by the 505 aka Malaka and Mamba aka the artists formerly known as members of the Block. You've probably seen the two yelling things such as,"Jaggerbombs!" and more recently "I just killed you with my Dae-woo!" in a city near you*ahem*Mtl,Hamilton,Vermont,Toronto,NYC*ahem*. They are usually accompanied by a Fagella carying a murse or a skinny little boner named Tsunami.
The two met at the infamous College Lasalle Montreal in the fashion design program and their friendship started to grow at such fine establishments like Tokyo and Biftheque. Their love for Fashion,Music,Caballero and most importantly themselves is what brought them together and brings you this blog. So enjoy and if you see them on the streets don't be afraid to say what's up. They won't bite, but they might make you drink tequila and throw you onto a moving car :)
